    April 2016 Founding Partner Peter Kubasek presented on the “State of the M&A Market” at the YPO/WPO Deal Talk Series event in Detroit

    February 2016 Malibu welcomed Bill Krul, CEO of Miller Valentine Group, to its board of advisors. Bill brings with him a wealth of experience in business and a large network of influential individuals.

    January 2016 Malibu was retained by a southeastern industrial fastener distribution company to perform a sell-side search for acquisition partners.

    December 2015 Malibu’s Chairman, Rene Robichaud, conducted a Global Conference Call specifically for YPO Asia on Company Culture and M&A. The conference call drew twice the regular number of attendees that the average YPO Global Conference Call draws.
