Malibu client Byer Steel Group in Cincinnati has sold its Structural Steel Division to Benjamin Steel Co., Inc., in Springfield, Ohio. The new company, Frederick Steel, will continue to operate at the current location in Cincinnati as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Benjamin Steel.
