
A native Cincinnatian, Andy attended St. Xavier High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Notre Dame. His professional career began with Cincinnati financial services firm, The Midland Company, and has included a stint at Texas Instruments in Dallas, where he was selected to work in Seoul, Korea, with TI's Asia Business Group. He was also founder of The Andrews Group, a consulting firm that specialized in negotiating with creditors of troubled small businesses in an effort to help those businesses remain viable.
Prior to joining the Malibu Group, he was a Financial Project Manager for Corporex, the Covington, Ky.,-based real estate development firm. While there, he negotiated bank loans, raised equity for development projects, developed business opportunities along Mississippi's Gulf Coast and pioneered inventive financing structures including the fusion of Tax Exempt "GO Zone" bonds and New Markets Tax Credits.
Andy holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and currently resides in the Mansion Hill neighborhood of Newport, Ky.
